Common questions

What happens to my shop?

Nothing changes. We read your listings. We never write to your shop. You keep selling exactly as before.

Do I need to set up payments?

No. Buyers check out on your selling platform using your existing payment setup. You do not need a new payment account.

What if I add new products?

If you sell on WooCommerce, Shopify, or Big Cartel, your new products appear in AI agents within 15 minutes of you adding them. If you sell on Etsy via CSV, your products appear after your next CSV upload.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Reply to any TokoSales email and say "cancel". We stop the service and delete your data within 30 days.

What platforms do you support?

WooCommerce, Shopify, and Big Cartel via OAuth. Etsy via CSV upload. We add new platforms as their APIs allow it.

Why no eBay or Amazon?

eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop have terms of service that block the checkout flow TokoSales uses. We are not on those platforms and we will not be unless their terms change.

How many AI agents do you reach?

Anthropic is live today. Perplexity is in progress. OpenAI, Google, Microsoft Copilot, and Klarna are opening seller onboarding through 2026. We add you to each one the moment its door opens.
