Upload your Etsy products

Etsy stopped accepting our app. We pivoted to a CSV upload so you can still get your products into AI shopping agents. Three steps, about two minutes.

1Download your listings CSV from Etsy

Go to your Etsy seller dashboard and export your active listings as CSV. The link below opens directly to the export page (you must be signed in to Etsy first).

Open Etsy CSV export →

If the link gives you an error, sign in to Etsy first, then come back to this page and click again.

2Paste your Etsy shop URL

Find your shop URL by going to your Etsy shop home page. Copy the address from the browser bar.

3Upload the CSV

We send you one email when import finishes and one a month with how often AI agents recommended your products.

Maximum 10 MB. Up to 5,000 products per upload.

Common questions

Why a CSV upload and not an automatic sync?

Etsy stopped accepting third-party app integrations from companies like ours. The public CSV export is the only path we have today. We are watching their developer programme for any change.

How often should I re-upload?

Each time you add new listings or change titles, descriptions, or prices. We do not automatically pick up changes you make in Etsy. About once a week if you list new items often, less if your catalogue is stable.

What is in the CSV that Etsy exports?

Listing title, description, price, image URLs, tags, materials, occasion, and stock state, for every active listing in your shop. The export is read-only on Etsy's side. Nothing about your customers or sales is in the file.

What if my CSV has 1000+ listings?

The Core plan supports 500 listings. Beyond that, $5 a month per additional 500 listings. We email you about the upgrade if your upload exceeds 500.

Can Etsy detect that I uploaded my listings to TokoSales?

No. The CSV export is a feature Etsy provides to all sellers. You can use it any way you choose.

One thing to know. The Etsy CSV does not include your per-listing IDs. When an AI agent recommends one of your products, the buyer is sent to your shop's search page with the product title pre-typed, not directly to the listing. For the great majority of titles this finds the right product on the first result. If you have many similar titles, the buyer may need to pick the right one from a short list.
